Return and Exchange Policy

1. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will cover the delivery charges.

3. In all other cases, the customer will bear the delivery charges.

4. For Lahore: Our rider will exchange the product at your doorstep.

5. For other cities: You will need to send the product back via courier and share the delivery details with us.

6. For returns or exchanges, contact us on WhatsApp or Instagram.

7.Return and Exchange not possible for Customisation orders.
